Returns & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges for the Products purchased from Us thru our Website.

1. Returns and Exchanges:
a. Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for the products within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
b. Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any product that is damaged, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.
c. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Refunds:
a. Refund Method: If eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, or provide store credit at our discretion.
b. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the returned food packaging products, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
c. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 Working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. Return Shipping:
a. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning the food packaging products, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
b. Return Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt as proof of return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

4. Exchange Policy:
a. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange a Product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to check availability and arrange the exchange.
b. Exchange Eligibility: The product being exchanged must meet the same eligibility requirements as outlined in section 1(b) of this policy. Any price difference between the original and exchanged product may be applicable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products:
a. Inspection upon Delivery: It is important to inspect the products upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item is damaged or defective.
b. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products: To report a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days from the date of delivery. We may request supporting documentation or photographs to facilitate the return or exchange process.
c. Replacement or Refund: In the case of a damaged or defective product, we will either replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including any applicable shipping or handling charges.

6. Non-Returnable Policy:
a. All paper printed products used for food packaging, including but not limited to labels, boxes, bags, and wrappers ("Products"), are non-returnable.
b. Once the Products have been delivered to the customer, they cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit, unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
