Refund & Shipping Policy

Because every item is printed to your artwork and specification, orders cannot generally be refunded or returned once production has begun. This is standard practice for custom print.

You can amend or cancel your order free of charge at any point before you approve the artwork proof. Once approval is given, materials are committed and the order moves into production.

If an order arrives damaged, materially different from the approved proof, or short on quantity, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will reprint or refund the affected portion.

Production lead times are shown on each product and in your quote before you order, and are counted in working days. The estimated delivery date you see is based on those lead times and your selected options.

We currently deliver across the Kingdom of Bahrain from our facility in Hidd. Delivery across the wider GCC is planned as a future expansion.

Please make sure someone can receive the shipment at the address given; re-delivery of a missed order may be charged.
